This website collects almost nothing
opensky.io is a fully static site: no accounts, no sign-in, and no form database on our servers.
The assessment form never touches our infrastructure — your message is composed on your own device and sent through an app you choose (WhatsApp or your email client). Until you press send, we do not know what you typed; if you never send it, nothing leaves your device.
Analytics and logs
We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-2YWDDRZT07) for aggregate usage statistics — page views, referral sources, device types — implemented with cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser or install Google’s opt-out add-on; the site works fully without them.
Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) for security and troubleshooting, per industry practice.
Information you send us
When you contact us via WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, or email, we receive what you choose to share. Those third-party platforms are governed by their own privacy policies.
For high-sensitivity matters, our default is end-to-end encrypted communication throughout.
Documents during an engagement
Once you formally engage us, your passports, records, and application documents are used solely for that engagement and submitted only as required to the relevant government units, official due-diligence providers, and licensed partners — the statutory path of any citizenship or residence application.
We do not sell, rent, or share client information for marketing. Documents are retained for the period set by the engagement agreement and applicable law, then destroyed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you (except what law requires us to keep) by writing to NYC@opensky.io. We respond within a reasonable period.
